Darius McDonald is the owner of 100% Fitness which is currently in its sixth year of trading. 100% Fitness has helped hundreds of people improve the quality of their life, performance, well being and overall health and fitness. Darius has always been a keen sportsmen and enjoyed the topic of exercise physiology. Using his experience in training in numerous sports and dealing with a variety of his own injuries, qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist was the obvious step for him to take. Hi, I’m Claire Weston, a fully qualified, experienced Personal Trainer, who is delighted to have been asked to join the team of current Personal Trainers’ working at the Hemingford Squash Club Gym! I have an extensive background in one-to-one training and group based exercise classes therefore utilise a variety of training techniques, so you will never be bored! Also qualified in the treatment and management of Football injuries, my most recent achievement, for which I am very proud, is qualifying as a Football Referee.
As your Personal Trainer, my main role is to provide a comfortable, enjoyable, yet professional environment to teach and help you to exercise correctly, hopefully on a regular basis! This will involve us working together, to develop a realistic approach to your goals, and overall, planning and motivating you to get the very best from your workouts!
My personal aim is to produce independent exercisers who develop a realistic outlook to achievable goals through the development of comprehensive programs that utilises information on equipment use, nutritional guidance, lifestyle management, and ultimately, how to design their own personal fitness program!
